Impact Fundraising

Monthly donors who keep giving.

Face-to-face fundraising for nonprofits of every size and cause, with deep experience in animal welfare, childhood cancer and humanitarian work. You don't hire anyone. You see how many we signed, and how many were still giving a year later.

Why face to face

The only channel that turns a first conversation into a monthly donor, on the spot.

Predictable

Output scales with fundraisers in the field. You can dial it up or down on purpose.

Recurring

100% unrestricted, budgetable income that compounds every year a donor stays.

Every age, not just your mail list

Digital and mail acquisition are declining, and donor files are getting older. Face-to-face reaches every age group where they already are, at home or out shopping.

Your brand, in person

Every conversation is someone meeting you, so we protect it at every step:

  • You approve the pitch and materials before launch.
  • Reps are trained on your mission and certified by our training team before their first conversation.
  • Photo ID and your approved branding on every rep.
  • Every sign-up verified and recorded, so nothing is misrepresented.
Where we fundraise

Six ways to meet your next donor.

Door to door

The most conversations in a day, and the strictest permitting.

Retail and private sites

Inside grocery, home improvement and big-box stores. Weather-proof and busy.

Street

Permitted spots in busy places, where people are already out and about.

Workplace giving

We partner with local employers to give their staff the chance to become monthly donors at work.

Events and venues

Fairs, festivals and partner venues where the crowd is already there.

Reactivation and upgrade

The same method, pointed at lapsed donors and existing sustainers.

What you hand over

We run the program. You get the donors.

  • Recruiting and selectionScreened, hired and on our payroll. Nobody joins your headcount.
  • Registration and permittingSolicitor registration, bonds and local permits, live before anyone speaks for you. See how we handle compliance →
  • Training on your missionEvery rep learns your story, your programs and your rules, not a generic script. Then they have to pass a certification with our training team before they ever speak for you.
  • Verification on every sign-upThree independent checks: a digital thumbprint signature taken in person, an SMS confirmation to the donor's own phone, and a recorded verification. You're only invoiced for donors who are fully confirmed. See how we handle compliance →
  • Reporting on both numbersSign-ups, real-time retention and lifetime value for every cohort, shared openly with you.

A named person in every conversation

Every rep wears photo ID and carries a GPS-tracked iPad, so we know who visited any address, on any day.

Measured on who stays

Winning new donors is only half the job. We report every cohort monthly: how many signed up and how many are still giving.

We handle the back office

Payroll, insurance, registrations and bonds are all taken care of by us, so your team can stay focused on your mission.

A true partnership

A dedicated contact, regular check-ins and full visibility into your campaign, so you always know how it's going.

Questions

What nonprofits ask us first.

How is face-to-face fundraising priced?

It depends on the fundraising method, your average gift, markets and volume, so a list price would be meaningless. We build the numbers into your plan and walk you through them before anyone mentions a contract.

How long until fundraisers are in the field?

Most of the wait is statutory. Registrations, bonds and local permits run on each state's calendar and can't be compressed. Your plan gives the real date for your states. See how we handle compliance →

What's a good donor retention rate?

A single rate at a single point doesn't tell you much. We track attrition in real time and follow every cohort for its whole life, not just the first year, so you can see the long-term revenue, lifetime value and ROI your program actually delivers.

How do you ensure compliance?

It starts before anyone speaks for you. We handle state solicitor registrations, surety bonds, campaign filings and local permits, and all of it is in place before launch. In the field, every rep is trained and certified, wears photo ID, and every sign-up is verified three ways: digital thumbprint signature, SMS confirmation and a recorded verification. See how we handle compliance →

Can we run in more than one state?

Yes. How many states and markets we run at once depends on your budget and team capacity, and we'll map that out together in our first conversation. We also confirm the registrations for each state before we start.

Retention calculator

What's a donor worth if they stay?

Put in your own numbers. See when the cohort pays for itself, and what it's worth five years out.

Everyone signed in one campaign or month.
US face-to-face programs commonly land between $20 and $40.
The fee you pay to sign one donor.
The sector benchmark for monthly sustainers is 71%.

What ten points of retention is worth

Five years of giving that exists only because this cohort held where you set it, rather than slipping ten points. Price is negotiable. Retention isn't.

Year by year

How this is calculated

One cohort, acquired once, decaying from there. Months 1 to 12 decay evenly to the retention you set. After month 12 the model applies 1.5% monthly attrition, the midpoint of the 1% to 2% M+R Benchmarks reports for sustainers past year one. Gross giving doesn't subtract processing, stewardship or program costs. Donors who never make a first payment aren't in the model. It's a model for comparing futures, not a forecast.
